Useful information for your holiday on the Klausbauer Farm, Grossarl
On arrival day the apartments are ready from 1.00 pm.
Please vacate your apartment by 9.30 am for cleaning on day of departure.

Yes, free wi-fi is available throughout the apartments.

Yes, you can rent toboggans from us (according to availability).
To ensure that you receive the best possible service, we have partnered with Intersport Lackner in Großarl.
In winter, you receive a 10% discount on all ski hire, a 5% discount on guided ski tours and ski lessons (excluding lunch supervision) and in summer a 10% discount on all hire items such as bicycles, e-bikes, climbing equipment etc.
So even our youngest guests feel right at home, we provide cots and highchairs.
A special treat for our guests in summer – when you stay for a minimum of 7 nights on the Klausbauer Farm you can stay one nights at our own Loosbühelalm alpine hut.
Yes, guests of all ages are welcome to help us with the daily work in the stables and get to know the animals.
Yes, on request we can bring you fresh bread and rolls for breakfast.
Guests may use our washing machine with dryer at an extra charge.
Yes, on arrival you receive the Grossarl guest card, which entitles you to a number of discounts.
We strongly recommend that you buy your ski pass online now. It will save you money!
Yes, we create our farm produce such as cheese, butter, sausages, bread, juices etc. with lots of passion. We are particularly proud of the awards which we have received. Guests can purchase our home-made delicacies directly from us.
Quality is our main concern. Therefore, we are more than happy to produce a variety of cheese and goats’ cheese specialities for the Pleasure Region “Grossarl Valley Mountain Farm Cheeses”.
Yes, all holiday apartments are equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen. The entire house has larch wood and linoleum flooring.
You’ll find plenty of parking spaces in front of our farm.
There are two electric charging stations in the car park.
Yes, pets are welcome (€ 10,00 per per pet per night).
Taxes (€ 3,15 per person over 15 years per night) are not included in the apartment price.
The final cleaning fee is € 50.00 per stay and apartment.
To confirm your reservation we require a deposit to be paid into our bank account (we will notify you of the sum). The remainder should be paid by advance bank transfer or in cash during your stay.
